CAREER - Has earned six combined All-American honors in cross country and track and field…earned first individual outdoor track and field All-American honor at the 2019 NCAA DII Championship…also has three All-American honors, two first team, as member of USF’s record-breaking indoor distance medley relay…also earned two cross country All-American honors…has a combined nine NSIC Weekly Athlete of the Week honors in track and field and cross country…has six individual school records and three more as a member of a relay squad for 10 total school marks…owns individual records in outdoor 800 in 1:52.53 in 2017 and indoor records including 800 meters, 1:50.92, 2018; mile run, 4:07.51, 2018; 1,000 meter run, 2:25.92, 2019; 3,000-meter run, 8:18.14, 2018; and 5,000-meter run, 14:17.27, 2018…part of three relay school records including distance medley, 9:48.74, indoor nationals, fourth place finish (All-American), 9:48.74, 2019; 4x800 meter relay, indoors, 7:45.04, 2017; distance medley relay, outdoors, 9:59.80, 2019; 4x1,600-meter relay, 16:40.16 (Drake Relays), 2019…totaled 28 cross country or track and field titles (relay or individual), including nine in 2018-19…has 21 second place finishes with eight in 2018-19…placed first or second 49 times at USF. Last spring (2017-18 year), named USF's Male Athlete of the Year… was the NSIC Indoor Athlete of the Year in 2018, setting five indoor track records at USF (800, 1,000, mile, 3K, and DMR) and won the mile and 3K at the NSIC Indoor Championship… two-time NSIC Preseason Indoor Athlete of the Year…named NSIC Cross Country Athlete of the Year in 2017 after winning individual title for the first time and then named Central Region Athlete of the Year by winning that individual title before placing 15th at nationals.

2015-16 – Cross Country – placed 13th at the 2015 NSIC Championships in 26:46.5…was 39th  (31:52.3) at NCAA DII Central Region Cross Country Championship…Indoor Track and Field – was second in mile (4:22.96) at Minnesota State Multi and Open on Jan. 22-23…third in mile (4:22.97) at the CSM DI Invite & Multi on Jan. 29-30…took second (4:21.11) in mile at CSM Joe Davis Meet on Feb. 19-20, 2016….was fourth in the mile (4:20.42), and fourth in the 3,000 meters (8:35.06) at the NSIC Indoor Championships on Feb. 26-27…Outdoor Track and Field – second in the 1,500 meters (3:58.11) at Vance Butler Invite on April 3…finished fifth in the 5,000-meters in 15:15.99 and placed sixth in the 800-meters in 2:00.07 at the NSIC Outdoor Championship on May 13-14.

2016-17 – Cross Country – redshirted. Indoor Track and Field -- placed third in the mile (4:31.73) and fourth in the 3,000-meters (9:15.66) at MSU Chuck Peterson Open on Dec. 2-3…was second in the 800-meters in 1:56.63 at the Minnesota State – Alumni Open on Jan. 7…took second in the 1000 meters in 2:31.67 at the Dordt Indoor Invite on Jan. 14…placed second in the mile run in 4:13.55 at the Jim Emmerich Alumni Invite on Jan. 21….was second on the distance medley relay (10:11.56) at the Mines NCAA DII Invite…was on second place 4x800 relay at the SDSU Indoor Classic Feb. 10-11...had four top-eight or scoring efforts at the NSIC Indoor Championship, including as member of the winning distance medley relay (10:22.30)…was second in the 800-meters in 1:55.07…finished fifth in the mile in 4:14.95…was eighth in the 5,000-meter run in 15:12.84 at the league meet…named second team All-American in the distance medley relay in 10:00.02 at NCAA DII Indoor Track and Field Championship on March 9-11…Outdooor Track and Field – was third in the 3,000-meter run in 8:53.31 and fifth in the 1,500 meter run in 4:10.40 at the Butler-Greeno Dual on April 7….captured his first 1,500 meter title in 4:02.66 at the Cal State L.A. Twilight Open on April 12-13….placed fifth in the 1,500 meter run in 3:55.28 at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays on May 6….won the 800-meter title in a school record 1:52.53 at the 2017 NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Meet on May 13.

2017-18 – Cross Country – opened the season with fifth straight individual titles…captured the Augustana Twilight Meet title on Sept. 1 with a 4,000-meter clocking of 19:15.1…became first-ever USF runner to win the Roy Griak Invitational at the U of Minnesota on Sept. 23 by covering the 8,000-meter course in 25:330.5…followed Griak with a win at the Fort Hays State Open on Oct. 7 by covering the 8,000-meter course in 24:48.0…On Oct. 21, became the second-ever USF runner to win the NSIC individual title with a personal best of 24:06.6 over 8,000-meters…named NSIC Cross Country Athlete of the Year…At the NCAA DII Central Region Championship, won the individual title by covering 10,000-meters in 31:12.7….earned All-American honors at the NCAA DII Cross Country Championships by placing a program-best 15th in 31:26.8 (10K)…Indoor Track and Field – won the mile in 4:16.64at the Dordt college Indoor Invitational on Jan. 13…was the mile champion in 4:07.51 at the SDSU DII Invitational on Jan. 19…won the 1,000-meters in 2:26.78 and member of the third-place 4x400 meter relay in 3:28.21 at the MSU Open and Multi on Jan. 27….won the 800-meters in 1:50.92 and was second in the 3,000-meters in 8:18.14 at the SDSU Indoor Classic on Feb. 10…named the NSIC Most Valuable performer by win the mile (4:09.74) and 3,000-meters (8:28.37) and finished fourth in the 800-meters in 1:54.50 and ninth in the 5,000-meters in 15:06.23…in last chance meet at 2018 Stinger Open on Feb. 16-17, won the mile in 4:11.12 and was member of winning distance medley relay in 10:01.85…at the NCAA DII Indoor Championship finished 12th in the mile in 4:11.54 and earned first-team All-American honors in the distance medley relay with an eighth place finish in 9:55.01 on March 9-10.

2018-19 – Cross Country – won four of five individual titles before the NSIC Championships…opened with his second straight title at the Augustana Twilight Meet on Aug. 31 and led USF to team title with a 7,000-meter clocking of 21:14.2…won second straight title   at the Roy Griak Invitational in Minneapolis by clocking a 24:53.2 on the 8,000-meter course. Also won a title at the Mount Marty Invite with an 8,000-meter time of 25:13.7…at the NSIC Championship was second in 24:18.8 (8,000-meters)…took fifth at the NCAA DII Central Region Championship by covering the 10,000-meter course in a personal-best of 30:19.6 and taking fifth at the meet…at the NCAA DII Cross Country Championship had a program-best individual finish of seventh of 32:27.3 (10,000-meters) as USF finished a team-best fifth place…Indoor Track and Field – was third in the 5,000-meters in 14:17.27 at the Mel Tjeerdsma Classic on Dec. 7…was second in the 3,000-meters in 8:34.90 at the SDSU DII Invitational…was third in the 800-meters in 1:55.30 at the Ted Nelson Classic on Feb. 2…won the 1,000-meter run in a career-best 2:25.92 at the SDSU Indoor Classic on Feb. 8...part of the winning distance medley relay in 10:01.83 and was third in the 3,000-meters in 8:47.78 on Feb. 15-16 at the 2019 Stinger Open…part of two titles at the NSIC Track and Field Indoor Championship on Feb. 22-23…clocked a 1:53.24 in winning the 800-meters and was on the winning distance medley relay in 10:06.50 while placing fifth in the 5,000-meter run in 14:55.97…earned his second first-team All-American honors as part of the Distance Medley Relay at the NCAA DII Championships…DMR squad set a school record by placing a program-best fourth place in 9:48.74. Outdoor Track and Field – placed second in the 1,500-meters in 3:54.54 at the South Dakota Challenge in Vermillion on April 6, 2019…was second in the 1,500-meter run in 3:59.91 at the Sioux City Relays…at the Drake Relays had a DII provisional mark, and personal best in the 1,500 meters by clocking a 3:47.98 and taking second…part of the winning distance medley relay, which set a school record in winning the college division at the Drake Relays in a time of 9:59.80…also part of record-setting effort by USF’s 4x1,600-meter relay which placed second in 16:40.16 as Cougars finished less than a half-second behind DI Oklahoma State and finished ahead of several DI programs including NDSU and USD as well as Tulsa, Marquette…was second in the 1,500 meter run in 3:48.30 at the Howard Wood Relays on May 3-4…at NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championship was first in the 800-meters in 1:52.84 and finished ninth in the 5,000-meters in 15:09.19….at the NCAA DII Track and Field Championship, placed 10th for his first-ever individual outdoor All-American honors as he earned second team honors in 4:00.66 (ran 3:55.64 in prelims – sixth best among qualifiers).

HIGH SCHOOL: From Bailey, Colorado where he attended Platte Canyon High School... competed in Cross Country and Track and Field... held PRs of 1:56 in the 800 and 4:29 in the 1600.
