MISSION
The University of Sioux Falls Strength & Conditioning Staff is dedicated to providing systems of training that are based on sound scientific principles and data to ensure that our student-athletes are developed to their fullest potential.

PILLARS
  1. Discipline: The foundation of every great student-athlete is discipline. This is having the will to do things you don't want to do.
  2. Work Ethic: It takes discipline to show up and participate in a session. It is entirely different to give extraordinary effort. This is giving everything you have on any given day.
  3. Education: It is easier for a group to buy into a common goal when they understand the plan to achieve said goal.
  4. Accountability: Willingness to take responsibility for ones actions and also to hold one another to a standard of behavior that befits a group trying to achieve a high-level of performance.
