Biography
2019-20: Cross Country- In his first race of the season he ran a 20:53.7 in the 4 mile race at the Augustana Twilight XC Meet for a 101st place finish… his fastest 8K time of the year came at the Roy Griak Invitational when he ran a 27:38.4 for an 80th place finish… Indoor Track and Field- Competed in just one race on the year at the SDSU Holiday Invite & Multi, there he ran in the Mile and finished 4th with a time of 4:39.42… Outdoor Track and Field- No season due to Covid-19
2018-19 - redshirted.Â
HIGH SCHOOL: From Minneapolis, Minnesota where he attended St. Louis Park High School... dual sport athlete in Soccer and Track and Field. Before finding his way to the Cougars, Abati saw much success on the playing field and on the track. He was All-Conference in 2017 and 2018 in Track and Field, and All-State in Soccer in 2017.Â
