2014 (JUNIOR): Competed in four meets…Placed 59^th at Augie Twilight Cross Country Meet (9/5/14) with four-mile time of 20:14.5…took 43rd with 8K time of 26:58.0 at the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference XC Championships (11/8/14).

2013 (SOPHOMORE): Ran a season best 8k time of 26:54.9 at the NSIC Championships where he placed 32nd overall…was also a member of the NCAA National Championship qualifying team and finished 241st at the meet with his time of 35:42.5. ­­

 2012 (FRESHMAN): Number six runner for the Cougars during the 2012 season....ran a season best time in the 8k of 26:49.31 at the Briar Cliff Invitational...also ran a 10k time of 33:45.3 where he finished 121st overall at the NCAA Division II Central Championships.

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Brandon Valley (S.D.)…three-time letterwinner in track and cross country…three-time cross country all-state selection (top-25 all classes)…achieved all-conference all three seasons of competition in cross country…named team captain as a senior…member of 4x800m relay team that set the ESD meet record in  2010…took 8th at the State Meet in the 800m run during sophomore season…four-year honor roll member… three-year chamber choir participant…two-time all-state choir honoree…member of several associations including NHS, FCA, Student Council, Serve and Lean Student Association and served as a Boys State Represenative in 2011.

PERSONAL: Born Oct 5, 1993...son of Allen and Jacque Hogie…will major in nursing and minor in biology…plans to attend seminary in the future…participated in numerous Serve and Learn Student Association activities…organized citywide Chili and Dessert Cook-off to bring awareness to hunger raising $1700 and over 1284 pounds of food to be given to the Brandon Food Pantry…also served at the Banquet, packaged food for Feed My Starving Children and fixed bikes for Center of Hope.
