2019-20: Cross Country- Ran in 4 races, all 6Ks, her fastest came at the NCAA DII Central Region Cross Country Championships when she ran a 23:58.7 for a 112th place finish… her best finish came at the NSIC Conference Championships when she finished 73rd with a time of 24:59.1...named to the NSIC Academic Tealm and NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence. Indoor Track and Field- Posted 2 collegiate PRs in both the mile and 1000… her mile PR came at the Mark Schuck Open, running a 5:33.50 for a 32nd place finish… her 1000 meter PR came at the NSIC Indoor Challenge with a 3:13.48 for an 8th place finish… In her only 800 meter race of the season she ran a 2:28.44 for an 11th place finish at the SDSU Last Chance Meet… named to the NSIC Academic Tealm and NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence. Outdoor Track and Field- No season due to Covid-19… named to the NSIC Academic Tealm and NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence.

2018-19: Cross Country- In her first season with the Cougars she finished 59th at the NSIC Championships, which also turned out to be her fastest 6K of the year and her career with a time of 23:47.2… at the Roy Griak Invitational she finished with a time of 25:02.7 which gave her a 152nd place finish out of 413 total runners… her fastest 5K of the year came at the Mount Marty Invite when she ran a 20:10.5 for a 39th place finish, that was also her fastest collegiate time in her career… Indoor Track and Field- Her fastest 1000 meter time of the year came at the SDSU Last Chance Meet when she ran a 3:13.56 for a 5th place finish, which was her highest of the year… her fastest 800 meter time of the year came at the SDSU Indoor Classic when she ran a 2:30.14 for a 49th place finish… Outdoor Track and Field- Ran in the 1500 meter race in all 5 meets she competed in, her fastest on the year and in her career came at the USD Twilight when she rattled off a 5:06.10 for a 5th place finish which was her best of the year… her fastest 800 time of the season and her career came at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays when she ran a 2:27.22 for a 24th place finish.

HIGH SCHOOL: From Chaska, Minnesota where she attended Southwest Christian High School. She was a dual sport athlete in Cross Country and Track and Field... qualified for the State Cross Country Meet as a senior and was her team's cross country MVP as a sophomore and a junior... graduated in 2018 with Highest Honors.
