University of Sioux Falls Athletics

2020-21 (FRESHMAN): In her first season at USF...achieved two top-eight finishes in the 400Y Free Relay (8th - 3:35.67) and the 800Y Free Relay (8th - 8:00.60) during the 2021 NSIC Championships...had two season titles and four other top-three season finishes in addition to her success at the NSIC Championships.

HIGH SCHOOL: Standout fly and free performer At Waukesha Academy of Health Professions…received the Captain’s Award and Most Improved Award for her high school team…earned letters as junior and senior…placed third in the 100 fly at the Classic 8 Conference and second in the 100 fly at the Waukesha South Sectional…also was third in the 100 fly at the Marcussen Invite in Cedar Rapids, Iowa….was involved in HOSA and named to the National Honors Society…also member of the Captain’s Club…graduate with high honors…competed on the Waukesha Express Swim Team.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Rachel Tringali-Pesdan and Lance Pesdan…has a brother, Nash…criminal justice and psychology major.
