Kugmeh competed in both football and wrestling for the Eagles during his high school career. throughout his four years, Kugmeh amassed 60 varsity wins which earned him honors of 2x All-Conference, Section Champ, Team MVP, and Tri-Metro Conference Wrestler of the Year.

He is the son of Kentrell Anthony and has six siblings, Zaniyah, Nahzarie, Patricia, Mari, Michael, Mekhi.
