2012-2013 (JUNIOR): Indoor-competed in the 1000m run where he ran a season best time of 2:35.69 at the Dordt Invitational…also was a member of the 2nd fastest Distance Medley Relay in USF history, running the 800m leg in 1:55.8…earned NSIC All-Conference honors as a member of the Distance Medley Relay which finished 2nd in the conference…Outdoor- competed in the 800m run where he ran a season best time of 1:57.31 at the Drake Alternative Meet…also competed in the 1500m run where he ran a season best time of 4:10.37 at the Vance Butler Invitational
HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Brandon Valley...helped the Lynx to a second place finish at the state cross country championships...member of the state record holding 4x800 meter team...also member of BVHS squad that claimed the conference championship with a record-setting time in the 4x800 relay
