2012-13 (JUNIOR): Indoor-competed in the 800m Run where she ran a season best time of 2:28.39 at the USD Open…also ran the 1000m Run where she clocked a time of 3:19.76 at the Dordt Invitational…member of the 9th fastest Distance Medley Relay in USF history, running the 1600m leg…Outdoor- season best time of 2:31.26 in the 800m Run which she ran at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays…also competed in the 1500m Run and had a season best time at the NSIC Outdoor Championships where she ran a 5:14.12, finishing 22nd overall.

2009-2010: Indoor- had a season best in the pole vault with a vault of 12'... earned All-Conference honors in the pole vault... (Outdoor) personal record in the pole vault, clearing a height of 12' ¾"... also earned All-Conference honors in the pole vault at the outdoor meet.

High School: Prepped at Oakland-Craig (Neb.)... Voted ""Athlete of the Year""...academic all-state performer...all-conference and four time state medalist in both track and cross country...

Personal: Born Jan. 10, 1992... daughter of Terry and Sally King...has two sisters, Desiree and Lindsay, and one brother, Josh... Exercise Science major...Spanish minor...has participated in two mission trips to New Orleans through USF... wishes to obtain a nursing degree, attend grad school, and eventually find a job at Avera or Sanford... Carrie also started the USF dance team her Sophomore year and loves anything zebra.
