CAREER – Earned All-American honors twice, including first team (8^th place) in 2015 and second team All-American honors in 2017 (10^th) in the distance medley relay…has earned nine Academic All-NSIC honors…member of five different distance medley relay teams that rank in the top-10 all-time at USF…those teams include 2015 (Bobby Brockmueller, Taylor Wensmann, Jase Kraft, Billy Brockmueller), 9:58.99, 3^rd; 2017 (Mason Phillips, Trey Ferguson, Zach Lundberg, Jase Kraft), 10:00.02, 5^th; 2019 (Jase Kraft, Logan Jansen, Billy Beseman and Mason Phillips), 10:06.50, 7^th; 2015 (Bobby Brockmueller, Trey Furgeson, Jase Kraft and Billy Brockmueller), 10:09.92, 8^th; and 2017 (Billy Beseman, Trey Ferguson, Jase Kraft, Mason Phillips), 10:11.56, 9^th…sits in top 10 of eight individual races and part of two record-breaking relays…member of USF’s record-setting 4x800-meter relay (Zach Lundberg, Billy Beseman, Mason Phillips, Jase Kraft) of 7:45.04, 2017…ranks 10^th all-time in the indoor 800-meter run at 1:56.53 in 2017…ranks third all-time in the one mile run of 4:10.38 in 2017…ranks fourth in the 1,000 meter run indoor in 2:29.42 in 2019…ranks seventh all-time at USF indoors in 3K at 8:34.27…ranks sixth all-time at USF in 5K in 14:54.4 in 2018…ranks 10^th all-time in outdoor 800-meter clocking of 1:54.94 in 2017…ranks third in the outdoor 1,500 meters with 3:49.0 clocking in 2016…ranks fifth all-time at USF with 5K clocking of 14:45.25 in 2018…member of recording-setting 4x1,600 meter relay (Drake Relays) in 16:49.16 in 2019.

2018-19- Cross Country...Placed second at the Mount Marty Invite… finished in fifth at the NSIC Cross Country Championships with a personal best time of 24:35.2 for 8K, earned All-NSIC honors and helped USF to first-ever NSIC team title… crossed the line in 20th at the NCAA Division II Central Region Cross Country Championships with a 10K PR of 31:06.1 as USF finished third and advanced to nationals for a second straight season… capped off his cross country season by placing 62nd at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships as USF finished a program-best fifth place…named Academic All-NSIC...Indoor Track and Field...Third in the 3k at the SDSU DII Invitational with a time of 8:40.08… finished fourth in the mile at the NSIC Track and Field Indoor Championships with a time of 4:28.17, in the same meet finished fourteenth in the 5k, also was a member of the DMR team that took the NSIC title…finished ninth in 1,000-meter with USF’s fourth-best 1,000-meter clocking all-time at 2:29.42 at the SDSU Indoor Classic…named Academic All-NSIC...Outdoor Track and Field...Competed in the 1500 at the Sioux City Relays and placed third in a time of 4:01.39… garnered All-NSIC honors by placing third in the 1500 with a time of 4:02.15 at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships… in the same meet he finished 16th in the 5k…earned Academic All-NSIC honors.

2017-18- Cross Country...Crossed the line in third at the Augustana Twilight XC Meet… finished 24th at the NSIC Cross Country Championship… competed at the NCAA Division II Central Region Cross Country Championships placing 55th… a member of the USF Cross Country Team that qualified for the NCAA DII Cross Country Championships…earned Academic All-NSIC honors...Indoor Track and Field...Finished fifth in the mile at the NSIC Track and Field Indoor Championship in a time of 4:18.96… member of both the 4x400 and DMR relay teams placing ninth in the 4x400 and second in the DMR at the NSIC meet… member of USF’s record-setting 4x800-meter relay (Zach Lundberg, Billy Beseman, Mason Phillips, Jase Kraft) of 7:45.04 at the SDSU indoor Classic on Feb. 10, 2017…earned Academic All-NSIC honors...Outdoor Track and Field...Placed second (3:59.10) in the 1500 at the South Dakota Invite… added another second place finish in the 1500 at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays this time in a clocking of 3:50.10… ran a personal best time of 14:45.25 for 5k at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships which was good for third place and All-NSIC honors…also placed fifth (3:53.46) in the 1500 at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships…earned Academic All-NSIC honors.

2016-17- Cross Country...Did not compete...Indoor Track and Field...Competed in the mile at the MSU Chuck Petersen Open where he placed second in a time of 4:20.34… took the 3k title at the MSU Chuck Petersen Open with a time of 8:44.73… finished third in the 1K at the Minnesota State – Alumni Open… finished first in the 800 at the Dordt Indoor Invite in a time of 1:57.99… first in the mile at the Jim Emmerich Alumni Invite… placed second in the mile at the Mines NCAA DII Invite… ran a personal best of 4:10.38 for the mile at the SDSU Indoor Classic… clocked a time of 4:18.84 for the mile at the Mines Joe Davies Classic… competed in three individual events at the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Championships… placed seventh in the 800 with a time of 1:58.34; took home the mile title with a time of 4:10.82 which was good for All-NSIC honors and placed third in the 3k with a personal best time of 8:34.27… competed at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track and Field Championships, earning second team All-American honors in the DMR that placed 10^th in a then-school record clocking of 10:00.02…in that race at nationals clocked a 4:12.31 in the 1,600-meter led as USF just missed first team honors…earned Academic All-NSIC honors...Outdoor Track and Field...Placed second in the 800 at the Butler-Greeno Dual, in the same meet he placed third in the 1500 with a time of 4:08.43… ran a personal best time of 1:54.94 for 800 meters at the Sioux City Relays… ran at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championship meet competing in the 800 and 4x400…earned Academic All-NSIC honors.

2015-16- Cross Country...Finished fifth at the NSIC Cross Country Championships… competed at the NCAA Division II Central Region Cross Country Championships and placed 40^th…earned Academic All-NSIC honors...Indoor Track and Field...Did not compete...Outdoor Track and Field...Placed first in the 1500 at three separate meets throughout the outdoor season… winning the 1500 title at the Yellow Jacket Spring Open, Vance Butler Invitational, and the USD Twilight where he recorded a season best time of 3:51.56… ran a personal best time of 3:49.00 for 1500 meters at the 50^th Annual Hillsdale College “GINA” Relays… placed second in the 1500 at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championship meet which is good for All-NSIC honors… also placed sixth in the 5k in the same meet…earned Academic All-NSIC honors.

2014-15- Cross Country...Placed 17th at the NSIC Cross Country Championships… finished in fifty-fourth place at the NCAA Division II Central Region Cross Country Championships… the men’s team qualified for the NCAA Division II Championships where he crossed the line in 142^nd place...Indoor Track and Field...Finished second in the 3k at the MSU Multi-Open with a time of 9:01.17… competed in three events at the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Championship… crowned champion in both the 1K and the mile running times of 2:33.65 and 4:20.53, both were good for All-NSIC honors… completed the indoor championship meet with a 23rd place finish in the 5k… ran a leg of the DMR at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track and Field Championships where they placed eighth with a then school record time of 9:58.99 to earn first-team All-American honors...Outdoor Track and Field...Did not compete.  

HIGH SCHOOL: From Wessington Springs, South Dakota where he attended Wessington Springs High School... tri-sport athlete, Jase saw massive success in Cross Country and Track and Field. As a seven-time State Champion and a six-time runner-up, he is no stranger to hard work and effort garnering the Class B Most Outstanding Athlete honors at the 2014 S.D. High School Track and Field Championships.

PERSONAL: Born on July 16th and is the son of Gerald and Julie Kraft... hopes to own a marketing agency.
