High School
Throughout high school, Wilfong competed in wrestling and volleyball. On the mat she was a 6th place 2025 state placer as well as a 3x state qualifier. She also excelled in academics as she was inducted into the National Honor Society.

She is the daughter of Brian and Alison Wilfong and has two siblings, Lane and Luke.
