University of Sioux Falls Athletics

Zach Ireland enters his first year as an assistant for the USF Baseball program. Ireland is a USF alumni and four year starter. He played shortstop his first three years with the Cougars  before moving to left field his senior season. He will be working with infielders and hitters as well as working with the junior varsity team.

Ireland is originally from San Marcos, Calif., where he attended Mission Hills High School, before attending USF from 2009-2013, where graduated in 2013 with a degree in business management. Since then he has started Coast 2 Coast Baseball Academy in Sioux Falls. He will be entering his second season as the Renner Post 307 Senior American Legion head coach.
