Biography
2012-2013 (JUNIOR): Competed in the 60m Dash where he ran a season best time of 7.46 at the USD Open…also competed as a member of the 4x400m Relay where he split a season best time of 56.7…Outdoor-ran a season best time of 11.95 in the 100m Dash…also ran the 200m Dash where his season best time of 24.09 came at the Vance Butler Invitational
2009-10 (FRESHMAN): Indoor-Matt had personal bests of 7.45 seconds in the 60 meter dash, 24.37 seconds in the 200 meter dash, 5'8 ¾" in the high jump, and also scored 3848 points in the heptathlon... received indoor all-conference accolades... Outdoor- had seasonal bests of 11.60 in the 100 meter dash, 23.78 seconds in the 200 meter dash, 17.52 seconds in the 110 hurdles, and 6' ¾" in the high jump.
High School: Prepped at Highmore (S.D.) where he participated in track & field, basketball, and football...five-year letter winner in track... finished 5th in the 400 Meter at the 2008 State Meet and 8th in 2009), four-year letter winner in football...three-year letter winner in Basketball. Member of FCCLA, FFA, and President of Student Council.
Personal: Born Feb 20, 1990... son of Tim and Kathy Zilverberg... has one sister- Mckenzee. Matt is a Business Administrations & Public Accounting major at USF with a minor in Economics
