Palm Desert, CA - The University of Sioux Falls Women's Golf team concluded their spring break tournament earlier today. After two rounds of golf the Cougars placed 7th.
USF heavily improved on their day 1 score by carding a 337 to post the fourth best score on day 2. Overall they finished 7th with a 122-over 698 (361-337) and were led by Maggie Veenendall who placed T26th.
The University of Indianapolis won the event as they posted a 30-over 606 (303-303) while Grand Valley State took second with a 36-over 612 (308-304). On the individual side, Indianapolis U claimed the top two spots with Katelyn Skinner scoring five-over 149 (76-73) and Cathi Graf carding six-over 150 (76-74).
