USF Women's Wrestling Suffers First Dual Loss of the Season

BISMARCK, N.D. - USF Women's Wrestling fell 26-22 to Jamestown today, suffering their first loss, in a dual setting, of the season.

The Jimmies were open at 101- and 130-pounds while the Cougars were open at 155-pounds.

Paw Hobza opened the day at 109-pounds for the Coo falling to Rayana Sahagun in a 1:48 fall. Hobza is now 9-7 on the year

Paige Denke repeated last nights performance with a 10-0 tech. fall over Jenna Gerhardt at 116-pounds to advance to 8-2 on the year.

At 123-pounds, Rei Ogden was defeated by Samantha Weeks in a 4:36 fall moving to 21-6 on the season.

Teila Peters secured an 8-5 decision over Marissa Burt at 136-pounds for USF and is now 13-7.

Brinley Green secured the Cougars final win of the day at 143-pounds with a pin over Kaylee Narlock. Green is now 12-8 on the season.

At 170-pounds, Ciana Grate fell to Hannah Sjostrom in a 0:38 fall moving to 7-6 on the year.

Zoe Adam fell to Agatha Andrews in a 1:12 fall at 191-pounds and currently sits 18-4.
