SIOUX CITY, IOWA - Cougar Tennis opened their season today with a 4-3 win over Morningside. USF starts their season 1-0 following today's victory.

DOUBLES RESULTS

Talia Janos and Chloe Siegfort fell to Line Jensen and Delfina Stuzynska 6-5.

Ella Hancock and Sydney Osburn are back again with a 7-6 win over Jil Hellerforth and Annika Meisel.

Danielle Thorfinnson and Katelyn Nesheim fell 6-2 to Emily Clotfelter and Macy McDonald.

SINGLES RESULTS

Siegfort fell to Jensen 6-0 and 6-3.

D. Thorfinnson secured the Coos first singles victory with a score of 6-1, 4-6 over Hellerforth.

Osburn also picked up a 6-2, 7-5 win over Stuzynska.

Hancock fell to Meisel 6-3,7-5.

Nesheim pulled away from Clotfelter with a 6-3, 6-1 victory.

Jaelyn Hayler closed out the night with a 7-6, 6-3 win over Lidia Suarez.
