MARSHALL, MINN. – The USF Women's Golf team competed in the first round of the Mustang Invite today with the final round set to start tomorrow morning.
The Cougars put together a solid team effort on the first day as they closed in 5
th place of a crowded field. As a team the women shot 15-over par for a total 303 strokes.
Maggie Veenendall led the Coo with 1-over par shooting and tied for 5th to close round 1.
Bryn Huber also had a notable day with a top-15 placing as she finished tied for 13
th place at +3.
