She was a force from beyond the arc, connecting on 44.1% of her three-point attempts, and was automatic from the free-throw line, converting 86.5% of her attempts. Additionally, she contributed 4.8 rebounds, 2.6 assists, and nearly a steal per contest, demonstrating her all-around impact on both ends of the floor.

Her season featured several standout performances, including a career-high 30-point explosion against Minnesota-Crookston on February 14. She also delivered consistently in key moments, scoring 25 or more points in five games and surpassing the 20-point mark in 12 contests. Wadsworth's efficiency was on full display as she notched season highs of 11 made field goals twice (Feb. 1 vs. Southwest Minnesota State and Jan. 24 at St. Cloud State) and drained a season-best five three-pointers on the road at Concordia-St. Paul on February 6.

Wadsworth's consistency was a driving force for the Cougars all season, as she reached double figures in all games but two led USF in scoring in the majority of their matchups. Her ability to take over games was complemented by her playmaking and defensive contributions, which included a season-high seven assists against Minnesota State on February 8 and a 10-rebound performance versus Augustana on November 21.

Her selection as a First Team All-Conference player marks a significant milestone in her career, further cementing her as one of the premier talents in the NSIC. With her relentless work ethic and ability to shine under pressure, Wadsworth's 2024-25 campaign will be remembered as one of the best individual seasons in USF history.

Ayla Brown – NSIC Second Team

Ayla Brown has been named to the NSIC Second Team All-Conference after an impressive 2024-25 season, in which she emerged as one of the Cougars' most consistent and versatile playmakers.

Brown averaged 9.1 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 4.7 assists per game while shooting an efficient 43.9% from the field and 44.3% from three-point range. She was also one of the most reliable free-throw shooters in the conference, converting 87.9% of her attempts from the charity stripe.

Her season was highlighted by a career-best 26-point performance against Mary on January 17, where she shot a blistering 11-of-13 from the field, including three three-pointers. Brown also showcased her ability to distribute the basketball, recording a season-high 10 assists Concordia-St. Paul against Minnesota-Crookston.

Defensively, Brown made her presence felt with 45 steals on the season, including a standout six-steal performance at Minnesota-Crookston on January 4. She also delivered in clutch moments, sinking a perfect 7-for-7 from the free-throw line in the Cougars' February 8 contest against #21 Minnesota State.

Brown's ability to contribute across multiple facets of the game made her a key piece of USF's success this season. Whether as a scorer, playmaker, or defensive presence, she consistently impacted the game at a high level. Her Second Team All-Conference selection is a well-earned recognition of her hard work and leadership on the court.

Alexis Rose – NSIC Freshman of the Year

She was a consistent offensive threat, reaching double figures in 14 games and delivering multiple clutch performances throughout the season.

Her breakout game came on December 14, when she exploded for a career-high 23 points against Minnesota State, shooting 8-of-11 from the field while adding five steals. She also posted 22-point performances against Winona State (December 13) and Northern State (February 21), where she drained a season-best four three-pointers.
