2013-14 (JUNIOR): Indoor: Competed in the Pentathlon where she recorded a season best and NCAA Provisional qualifying score of 3457 points at the MSU Open…finished 4th overall at the NSIC Indoor Championships with her NCAA Provisional mark of 3339 points…also competed in the 200m dash where she ran a season best time of 26.48 at the NSIC Championships where she finished 17th overall…competed in the 60m hurdles where her best time on the year came at the NSIC Multi Championships where she crossed the line with a time of 9.00…was a consistent member of the Cougars 4x400m Relay, running her season best split of 59.0 at the MSU Open…also earned NSIC All-Conference honors as a member of the Cougars runner-up 4x400m relay with their NCAA provisional qualifying time of 3:56.05…also competed in the Pole Vault for the Cougars where her vault of 12-6 (3.81m) qualified her for the NCAA Indoor Championships…finished 12th at the NCAA Championships with her vault of 12-1.5 (3.55m)…Outdoor: competed in the Heptathlon where her season best score came at the ESU Combined Events when she put up a NCAA provisional qualifying score of 4865 points…earned NSIC All-Conference honors in the Heptathlon with her runner-up finish thanks to a NCAA Provisional qualifying score of 4664…ran a team best time of 25.06 in the 200m dash at the Howard Wood Relays…also ran a season best time of 14.51 in the 100m hurdles at the Howard Wood Relays…was a familiar face on the Cougars 4x100m and 4x400m relays, helping the Cougars run their best times of the year in both races at the NSIC Outdoor Championships…season best split in the 4x400m relay came at the Howard Wood Relays when she finished her leg in a time of 57.6…recorded an 8th place finish in the 100m hurdles at the NSIC Outdoor Championships with her time of 14.80…finished 7th overall in the conference in the High Jump with her clearance of the bar at 5-2.25 (1.58m) and 6th in the Pole Vault with her mark of 11-3 (3.43m).

2012-13 (SOPHOMORE): Indoor- stellar sophomore campaign setting five marks in the USF All-Time Top Ten List…set a school record in the Pentathlon at the NSIC Indoor Championships with her score of 3,480 which placed her 2nd overall…qualified for the NCAA Indoor Championships where she finished 12th overall…Outdoor-continued her sensational sophomore season by setting two school records and setting seven marks on the USF All-Time Top Ten Charts…broke the school record in the 100m Hurdles at the NSIC Championships with her time of 14.45 which placed her 6th overall…also broke the school record in the heptathlon with her score of 4,728 which she set at the NSIC Outdoor Championships on her way to a 2nd place finish…also earned NSIC All-Conference honors with her 3rd place finish in the 200m Dash.

2011-12 (FRESHMAN): Indoor-competed in the 60m hurdles and 200m dash... also competed in the long jump and pole vault event...Outdoor-ran 100m hurdles and competed in pole vault.

Indoor marks: 60m hurdles (9.35), 200m (26.92), Long Jump (16'1.5"), Pole Vault (11'3.75")
Outdoor marks: 100m Hurdles (15.07), Pole Vault (11'10")

High School: Prepped at Luverne (Minn.)... compiled an impressive track and field resume for the Cardinals, winning two state championships (100 meter hurdles, 4x200 meter relay) at the 2010 Minnesota State Meet... was a state runner-up in the pole vault and eighth in the 300 meter hurdles... also lettered in basketball and cross country... took home all conference and all area honorable mention volleyball accolades as a senior

Personal: Daughter of Tom and Renee Sawtelle...has two sisters and three brothers... sister Callie also attends USF and is a member of the track team...elementary education major...also competed in volleyball at USF...volunteers as an assistant T-ball coach...wants to become a teacher and or coach
