2018-19 - Indoor Track and Field... Second in the Weight Throw at the CSB-SJU Indoor Invite with a throw of 16.48m (54’1”)… placed 16th in the shot put at the 2019 NSIC Track and Field Indoor Championships with a throw of 13.53m (44’4.74”), in the same meet placed 11th in the weight throw with a toss of 15.94m (52’3.75”)...Outdoor Track and Field ... Finished second in the Discus Throw at the Red Raider Open with a throw of 50.57m (165’11”)… second in the hammer throw at the USD Twilight with a throw of 55.77m (183’0”)… placed second in the hammer throw at the SMSU Twilight with a throw of 52.05m (170’9”)… finished third in the discus throw at the 2019 NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a toss of 49.04m (160’11”)… also placed 23rd in the hammer throw at the conference meet with a throw of 38.75m (127’1”).

2017-18 - Indoor Track and Field...Placed 16th in the weight throw at the NSIC Track and Field Indoor Championship with a throw of 15.81m (51’10.5”)...Outdoor Track and Field... Recorded 5 top three finishes during the outdoor season… came in second at the 2018 MIAA v NSIC Showdown in the discus throw with a toss of 48.15m (158’0”)… at the Red Raider Open he placed first in the discus throw with a toss of 48.73m (159’10”)… finished second in the hammer throw at the Red Raider Open throwing the hammer 54.22m (177’11”)… placed third in the discus throw at the Drake Alternative – Gustavus meet with a throw of 45.68m (149’10”)… placed in three different events at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships… he placed second in the discus with a throw of 48.46m (159’0”), 20th in the hammer with a throw of 45.42m (149’0”), and 23rd in the javelin with a throw of 36.19m (118’9”).

2016-17- Indoor Track and Field ... Placed third in the shot put at the Minnesota State – Multi and Open with a throw of 14.72m (48’3.5”)… another third place finish in the shot this time at the Minnesota State University – Birdman Open with a throw of 14.70m (48’2.74”)… competed in two events at the NSIC Indoor Conference Championships… placed fifth in the shot put with a throw of 14.76m (48’5.25”) and 21st in the weigh throw with a throw of 13.92m (45’8”)...Outdoor Track and Field ... Placed in the top three five times throughout the outdoor season… placed second in the shot put at the Butler-Greeno Dual with 14.08m (46’2.5”)… also finished first in the discus throw at the Butler-Greeno dual with a throw of 47.32m (155’3”)… second in the shot put at the USD Twilight throwing the shot 14.10m (46’3.25”)… finished third in the shot put a the Minnesota State Twilight with a throw of 14.33m (47’0.25”)… at the same meet he threw the discus 47.38m (155’5”) which was good for second place… at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Meet he was second in the discus throwing the disc 48.52m (159’2”), 18th in the shot put with a throw of 13.09m (42’11.5”), and ninth in the hammer with a throw of 50.27m (164’11”).
