Cross Country -  Finished 55th at the NSIC Cross Country Championships… placed 110th at the NCAA Division II Central Region Cross Country Championships... Indoor Track and Field - Ran a personal best time of 18:30.23 for 5k at the SDSU Indoor Classic… competed in the 3k at the Mark Schuck Open and Multi and recorded a personal best time of 10:56.21… finished 20th in the 5k at the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 19:03.62... Outdoor Track and Field - Did not compete.

2017-18 - Cross Country - Placed 56th at the NSIC Cross Country Championships… followed that up by placing 86th at the NCAA Division II Central Region Cross Country Championships... Indoor Track and Field - Did not compete... Outdoor Track and Field - Did not compete.

2016-17 - Cross Country - Placed 55th at the NSIC Cross Country Championships finishing with a personal best time of 22:57.6 for 6k… finished 122nd at the NCAA Division II Central Region Cross Country Championships... Indoor Track and Field - Did not compete... Outdoor Track and Field - Placed third in the 1500 steeple at the Butler-Greeno Dual with a time of 5:53.05… ran a personal best time of 12:00.71 in the 3k steeple at the Sioux City Relays… clocked a personal best time of 5:16.12 for 1500 at the USD Twilight.


HIGH SCHOOL: Coming from Rawling, Wyoming, Montana lead the Outlaws to many achievements on and off the playing field. A tri-sport athlete, Montana competed in Cross Country, Basketball, and Track. Seeing success on the cross country course, she was a three time All-Conference and a three time All-State athlete. Montana is also her school's record holder in the 5 kilometer run. On top of her athletic excellence, Montana also showed promise in academics. As the Salutatorian of her class, she earned numerous WHSAA academic awards and maintained a presence on the Honor Roll. 

PERSONAL: Montana Belford was born on 7/1/1998 and is the daughter of Robert and Casey Belford. Biology major. In her free time Montana enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, mowing lawns, and spending time with family. Salutatorian of her class, she earned numerous WHSAA academic awards and maintained a presence on the Honor Roll.
