2019-20: Cross Country - Led the team in every race during the season… her fastest 5K of the season came at the Augustana Twilight XC Meet with an 18:54.7 for 33rd place finish… her fastest 6K came at the NCAA Division II Central Region Cross Country Championships when she ran a 22:55.5 for a 54th place finish… at the NSIC Conference Championships, earned second team All-NSIC honors by taking 20th place after running a 23:10.1… at the Roy Griak Invitational at the University of Minnesota, ran a 23:39.1 which gave her a 37th place finish out of 376 runners in the Women’s Maroon 6K...named to the NSIC All-Academic Team and the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence...Indoor Track and Field- Injured… Outdoor Track and Field - No season due to Covid-19… named to the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence  and member of the NSIC All-Academic Team… received the NSIC Myles Brand All-Academic with Distinction Award...selected to the CoSIDA Academic All-District Team in Track and Field/Cross Country and as a first team honoree under consideration for Academic All-American.

2018-19: Cross Country - In her junior season her fastest 5K time came at the Southern Stampede with a 19:37.7 clocking for 109th place... took home 17th place at the Mount Marty Invite with a 19:37.8… her fastest 6K time came at the NSIC Championships when she ran a 23:39.3 for a 55th place finish… Indoor Track and Field - Qualified and ran in the 5000 meter race at the NSIC Track and Field Indoor Championship, placing 20th in19:03.62… her fastest 5000 meter race came at the SDSU Indoor Classic with a time of 18:30.23 for a 19th place finish… her fastest 3000 meter time was at the Mark Schuck Open and Multi with clocking of 10:56.21 eighth place… Outdoor Track and Field- DNR… was named to the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence

2017-18: Cross Country- Her fastest 5K time of the year came at the Augustana Twilight XC Meet when she ran a 19:37.8 for a 45th place finish… her fastest 6K time came at the NSIC Cross Country Championships when she ran a 23:34.1 for a 56th place finish… at the NCAA Division II Central Region Cross Country Championships she took home 86th with a time of 23:35.0…named Academic All-NSIC... Indoor Track and Field - DNR… Outdoor Track and Field- DNR… was named to the NSIC All-Academic Team… was a D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award Winner.

2016-17: Cross Country- Her fastest 5K time came at the Briar Cliff Invitational with a 19:04.4 for 36th place… her fastest 6K time came at the NSIC Cross Country Championships with a 22:57.6 for 55th place. Indoor Track and Field - DNR… Outdoor Track and Field- Qualified for the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Meet in the 3000 meter Steeplechase, finishing 15th with a time of 12:02.57… her 3000 meter Steeplechase PR came at the Sioux City Relays UCO with a12:00.71 for 10th place… her 1500 meter PR came at the USD Twilight when she ran a 5:16.12 for eighth place.

HIGH SCHOOL: Led the Outlaws to many achievements on and off the playing field.... tri-sport athlete, competed in cross country, basketball, and track and field. Was a three-time All-Conference and a three-time All-State athlete... school's record holder in the 5K run...was Salutatorian of her class... earned numerous WHSAA academic awards and maintained a presence on the Honor Roll. 

PERSONAL: Daughter of Robert and Casey Belford...earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in biology and psychology in May, 2020 from USF, graduating Magna Cum Laude (3.8-3.9 GPA).
