CAREER - two-time All-American (DMR, 2018, 2019)…named to the 2019 Google Cloud Academic All-District® Men's Track & Field/Cross Country Teams as selected by CoSIDA (College Sports Information Directors of America)…Earned first team All-American honors at NCAA DII Indoor Nationals in 2019 as USF set school record of 9:48.74…also part of USF's first team All-American Distance Medley Relay (8th place) at the 2018 NCAA DII Indoor Championships as that team finished in 9:55.01…has earned six Academic All-NSIC honors in cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field…has five top-five rankings on USF charts…indoors ranks second in 1,000 meters with 2:26.96 in 2019; fifth in 800-meters in 1:54.96 in 2019 and first in distance medley relay with school record 9:48.34 in 2019 at DII indoor nationals…owns second best 800-meters time outdoors with a 1:52.53 clocking…has the fourth-ranked 1,500 meters of 3:50.29 in 2019.

2018-19: Standout year for USF in cross country and track and field…Cross Country - played a role as the USF Men's Cross Country Team won the program's first-ever NSIC team championship in the fall of 2018…at the NSIC Championship, placed 22nd (25:09.4)…was 63rd as part of the USF Team that finished third at the Central Region Championship last fall and advanced to the NCAA DII Championship for a second straight season. He also was part of USF's team which claimed a program-best fifth place at the NCAA DII Cross Country Championship…named Academic All-NSIC…named USTFCCCA All-Academic selection…Indoor Track and Field - earned first-team All-American honors on USF's program-best fourth-place finish in the Distance Medley Relay at the 2019 NCAA DII Indoor Championship in Pittsburg, Kan…on team of Zach Lundberg, Trey Furgeson, and Mason Phillips which established a school record clocking of 9:48.74 and finished just .17 from second place and .83 from first place… earned Academic All-NSIC honors in cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field….received a USFTCCCA All-Academic honor in Cross Country…finished third at the 2019 NSIC Indoor Championship in the 1,000-meter run…time of 2:26.96, broke the old NSIC record but two other competitors finished ahead of him…now has second-best 1,000 meter clocking in USF history…recorded four top three finishes throughout the indoor season including a first place finish in the 800 at the Ted Nelson Classic in a time of 1:54.96… was a member of the DMR relay team that placed first at the NSIC Track and Field Indoor Championships…Outdoor Track and Field -- had a standout outdoor season in 2018-19…selected USTFCCCA All-Region in the 1,500-meters by clocking a career-best 3:50.29, which is fourth best-all-time at USF, at the Bryan Clay Invitational on April 19…claimed sixth place in the 800-meters at the NSIC Outdoor Championship in Duluth, Minn., as USF placed fourth…At the Howard Wood Dakota Relays, finished fourth with a career-best clocking of 1:52.83, which ranks second all-time at USF…part of USF's record-breaking distance medley relay which won the Drake Relays with the school record time of 9:59.80 and included teammates Trey Ferguson, Zach Lundberg and Mason Phillips…was also part of a record-setting 4x1,600-meter relay squad, which placed second in 16:40.16 at the Drake Relays and finished less than a second behind DI and Big 12 Oklahoma State in 16:39.79. Along with Jase Kraft, Lundberg and Phillips, ran the race for the first time and finished ahead of all DII schools as well as DI programs Air Force, Minnesota, Tulsa, North Dakota State and Marquette.
 
2017-18 -- Cross Country -- placed 63rd at the NSIC Cross Country Championships with a time of 26:51.6… followed up with a 57th place at the NCAA Division II Central Region Cross Country Championships with a time of 33:27.2 for 10K…part of team that advanced to nationals for second straight year…finished 226th at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships with a 10k time of 35:05.1…Indoor Track and Field -- took second in the 1000 at the Ted Nelson Classic… at the NSIC Track and Field Indoor Championship he placed fifth in the 800 with a time of 1:55.55 and placed ninth in the mile with a time of 4:25.49…competed at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track and Field Championships as a part of the DMR relay team that placed eighth and earned first team All-American honors…Outdoor Track and Field -- Won the 1500 at the 2018 MIAA v NSIC Showdown with a time of 3:54.66… placed 23rd in the 800 at the NSIC Outdoor Conference Championship in a time of 1:59.61… in that same meet he placed sixth in the 1500 in a time of 3:53.80.
 
2016-17 - Cross Country – redshirted. Indoor Track and Field - recorded eight top three finishes throughout the indoor season… placed third in the 3k at the MSU Chuck Petersen Open with a time of 9:00.74 and in that same meet won the mile in a time of 4:18.34… at the Minnesota State – Alumni Open won the 1000 in 2:30.27… placed third in the mile at the Jim Emmerich Alumni Invite with a time of 4:14.20… third in the 800 at the Ted Nelson Classic in a time of 1:55.50… at the SDSU Last Chance was the first to cross the line in the 1000 in a time of 2:28.12… placed third in the mile at the NSIC Indoor Conference Championships in a time of 4:11.67 and in that same meet he placed third in the 1000 with a time of 2:32.76. Outdoor Track and Field - competed in one meet for the Cougars.

2015-16 - Cross Country - placed 36th at the NSIC Championships… placed 43rd at the NCAA Division II Central Region Cross Country Championships…redshirted in track and field both indoors and outdoors.
 
HIGH SCHOOL - Starred at Perham High School..multi-sport athlete in Cross Country, Basketball, Track and Field, and Swimming...showed athletic excellence in Cross Country and Track and Field...was a Cross Country team state champion two times and third place overall individually...was a two-mile state champ, 4x800 state champ, and a two-time fifth placer in the mile in high school.
