2018-19 - Cross Country - Finished 105^th at the NSIC Cross Country Championships and recorded a personal best time of 25:30.3 for 6k... Indoor Track and Field - Competed in the 1k and mile at the SDSU Indoor Classic… ran a leg of the 4x400 that placed second at the SDSU Last Chance meet... Outdoor Track and Field - Ran both the 800 and 1500 at the Sioux City Relays running 2:34.70 in the 800 and 5:32.95 in the 1500.

2017-18 - Cross Country - Placed 111^th at the NSIC Cross Country Championships... Indoor Track and Field - Recorded a personal best time of 3:14.45 for 1k at the SDSU Indoor Classic… ran the mile at the MSU Open and Multi and recorded a personal best time of 5:44.10... Outdoor Track and Field - Competed in the triple jump at the Beach Invitational and recorded a personal best jump of 11.74m (38’6.25”).

2016-17 - Cross Country - Placed 114^th at the NSIC Cross Country Championships... Indoor Track and Field - Finished in the top ten in the mile at the SDSU Last Chance meet... Outdoor Track and Field - Recorded two personal bests at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays… ran 2:29.18 in the 800 and 5:17.67 in the 1500.

2015-16 - Cross Country - Competed in three cross country meets throughout the fall season... Indoor Track and Field - Did not compete... Outdoor Track and Field - Placed 23^rd in the 800 at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships in a time of 2:35.82.


HIGH SCHOOL: Ran both Cross Country and Track and Field for the Wildcats. Six time state qualifier in Cross Country, a three time placer in the top 25 at the State Cross Country Meet, team runner-up at the State Meet, and her team placed in the top five for five consecutive years... four time state qualifier for the State Track Meet and was part of the Wildcats State Champion 4x800 meter relay team.
