2017-18- Cross Country...Finished in the top 100 at the NSIC Cross Country Championships...Indoor Track and Field...Ran a personal best of 4:40.85 for the mile at the SDSU Indoor Classic...Outdoor Track and Field...Ran a personal best time of 4:20.13 for 1500 at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays… ran the 10k at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championship crossing the line in 21st place with a personal best time of 34:42.49.

2016-17- Cross Country...Finished in the top 100 at the NSIC Cross Country Championships...Indoor Track and Field...Set a personal best time of 16:23.53 for 5k at the SDSU DII Invite… owns a personal best time of 9:25.77 for 3k that he set at the SDSU Last Chance meet… finished third in the 3k at the Minnesota State – Multi and Open with a time of 9:27.86… ran the 5k at the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Championships where he finished 33rd with a time of 16:32.48...Outdoor Track and Field...Placed 17th in the 10k at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships running a time of 36:20.10.

2015-16- Cross Country...Did not compete...Indoor Track and Field...Did not compete...Outdoor Track and Field...Placed 20th in the 10k at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 36:29.43.


HIGH SCHOOL: From Redfield, South Dakota where he attended Redfield High School... obtained a sixth place finish at the State A South Dakota State Cross Country Meet in 2013... active in band and FBLA.
