2018-19 - Indoor Track and Field - Finished second in the weight throw at the CSB-SJU Indoor Invite with a personal best throw of 16.73m (54’10.75”)… placed 18^th in the weight throw at the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Championships with a throw of 15.54m (51’0”)... Outdoor Track and Field - Placed second in the hammer throw at the Red Raider Open with a toss of 51.80m (169’11”)… added another second place finish in the hammer throw at the SMSU Mustang Twilight… earned All-NSIC Honors in the hammer throw at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a personal best throw of 52.47m (172’2”).

2017-18 - Indoor Track and Field - Competed in the weight throw at the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Championships... Outdoor Track and Field - Threw a personal best of 28.81m (94’6”) in the javelin at the Drake Alternative – Gustavus track meet… finished ninth in the hammer throw at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a throw of 46.83m (153’8”).

2016-17 - Indoor Track and Field - Ran a personal best in the 55 at the Dordt Indoor Invite with a time of 8.11 seconds… placed 21^st in the triple jump at the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Championships with a jump of 10.64m (34’11”)... Outdoor Track and Field - Finished in the top 10 in the hammer throw at three different meets during the outdoor season… finished tenth at the USD Twilight, ninth at the Minnesota State Twilight and ninth at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays.

2015-16 - Indoor Track and Field - Earned two personal bests at the MSU-Chuck Peterson Open by running 8.45 seconds in the 60 and by jumping 1.45m (4’9”) in the high jump… placed first in the triple jump at the Minnesota State Alumni Open with a jump of 11.35m (37’3”)… added another top three finish in the triple jump this time at the Wildcat Open… jumped a personal best in the long jump at the Dakota Realty Alumni Meet with a jump of 5.16m (16’11.25”)… finished seventh in the triple jump at the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Championships with a personal best jump of 11.47m (37’7.75”)... Outdoor Track and Field - Finished second in the triple jump at the Sioux City Relays with a jump of 11.13m (36’6.25”).


HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in Volleyball, Basketball, and Track... three time All-League... Delta league sportsmanship... one time Sac-Joaquin masters champion... triple jump personal record of 38'2.
