2018-19 -Cross Country – Finished 57^th at the Mount Marty Invite…competed in four cross country competitions. Indoor Track and Field - Recorded a 5K personal best of 15:54.86 at the SDSU Indoor Classic… added another personal best this season this time in the 1K of 2:44.47 at the SDSU Last Chance Meet. Outdoor Track and Field - Ran a 800-meters personal best at the Sioux City Relays, clocking 2:07.52… finished eighth in the 5K 16:15.83) at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays… competed in both the 5k and 10k at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championship, finishing 26^th (16:06.22) and took 18^th in the 10K (34:02.65).

2017-18 - Cross Country - Finished 75^th (personal-best 27:16.1 in 8K) at the NSIC Cross Country Championships. Indoor Track and Field – Ran personal-best 9:26.13 in the 3K at the Dordt College Indoor Invitational… recorded another PR with a time of 4:37.87 in the mile at the SDSU DII Invitational. Outdoor Track and Field - Redshirted.

HIGH SCHOOL: From Lake City, Minnesota where he attended Lincoln High School... competed in Cross Country, Skiing, and Track and Field.
