2019-20: Cross Country- In his first race of the year at the Augustana Twilight XC Meet he ran a 20:38.3 for an 82nd place finish in the 4 mile race… his fastest 8K of the year came at the Lewis Crossover when he ran a 27:25.9 for a 175th place finish… his best finish of the year came at the NSIC Championships when he finished 42nd with a time of 27:31.9… the Coo earned an at-large bid to the NCAA DII Cross Country Championships, there he finished 257th with a time of 34:41.5 in the 10K… Indoor Track and Field- His fastest 5000 meter race came at the SDSU Indoor Classic when he ran a 16:51.21 for a 44th place finish… his fastest 3000 meter race came at the SDSU Holiday Invite & Multi when he ran a 9:12.09 for a 15th place finish… Outdoor Track and Field- No season due to Covid-19

2018-19 - Cross Country Clocked a personal best time of 26:06.7 for 48th at the NSIC Cross Country Championships and help USF earn a program-first league title… placed in the top 100 (94^th) at the NCAA Division II Central Region Cross Country Championships with a personal best time of 32:28.3 for 10,000 meters… placed in the top 100 again (91st, 34:28.3, 10K) but this time at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships. Indoor Track and Field - Ran a personal-best mile time of 4:34.11 at the Ted Nelson Classic… personal best in the 5k is 15:46.83 at the SDSU Indoor Classic… ran a personal-best 3k time of 9:06.30 at the SDSU Last Chance meet… was 28^th in the 5K (16:09.71) at the NSIC Track and Field Indoor Championships running a time of 16:09.71. Outdoor Track and Field - won the 5K (16:08.48) at the South Dakota Challenge…ran a personal best 1,500 time (27^th, 4:14.36) at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays…was seventh in the 5K at the Howard Relays in 16:10.51… competed in both the 5K (27^th, 16:16.65) and the 10K (19^th, 34:05.31) at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

HIGH SCHOOL: From Sioux Falls, South Dakota where he attended Sioux Falls Washington High School... competed in Soccer, Cross Country, and Track and Field... saw a successful athletics career where he was All-State for both Cross Country, and Track and Field. To earn these titles, he placed fourth at the State County Meet, and took eighth place in the 1600m run and 3200m run at the State Track and Field meet.
