Indoor Track and Field- Competed in the 800, Mile, 4x400, and DMR at the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Championships, there he finished 11th, 16th, 8th, and 1st respectively… his fastest 800 came at the SDSU DII Invitational when he ran a 1:57.02 for a 4th place finish… at the NSIC Indoor Challenge he ran a collegiate best time of 4:24.38 in the Mile for a 10th place finish… over the course of the season he racked up 9 top-10 finishes with 4 top-5 finishes…
Outdoor Track and Field- No season due to Covid-19… named to NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence
2018-19- Cross Country...Recorded an 8K PR of 27:33.2 at the Mount Marty Invite… finished 96
th at the NSIC Cross Country Championship with a time of 27:43.7 as member of school’s first-ever team championship squad…named to Academic All-NSIC Team…selected to the NSIC Academic Team of Excellence...
Indoor Track and Field...Placed second in the 800 at the Minnesota State Invitational with a time of 1:57.74… finished first in the 600 at the Mark Schuck Open and Multi with a personal best time of 1:24.77… recorded a personal best time of 4:25.19 in the mile at the SDSU Indoor Classic… competed in three events at the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Championships… finished sixth in the 1000 with a personal best time of 2:30.80, was a part of the 4x400 relay team that finished sixth, also on the DMR team that won the NSIC title… named to Academic All-NSIC Team…selected to the NSIC Academic Team of Excellence...

Indoor Track and Field...Placed twelfth in the 1000 at the NSIC Track and Field Indoor championship, in the same meet he was a part of the 4x400 meter relay team that placed ninth, and finished second in the DMR… garnered first-team All-American honors by placing eighth in the DMR at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track and Field Championships with a then-school record time of 10:02.0...
Outdoor Track and Field...Placed second in the 800 at the South Dakota Invite with a time of 1:57.91… finished seventh in the 800 at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a personal best time of 1:54.76… at the same meet the 4x400 team placed eleventh.
