2018-19- Indoor Track and Field...Finished 16th in the heptathlon at the NSIC Track and Field Indoor Championships with a personal best score of 3483...Outdoor Track and Field...Third in the decathlon at the 2019 Yellow Jacket Spring Open… set a personal best time of 24.83 in the 200 at the USD Twilight… finished 23rd in the javelin at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championship with a throw of 34.21m (112’3”)… also placed 11th in the decathlon at the conference championship with 4687 points, which ranks sixth all-time at USF... was a D2 ADA Academic Achievement Recipient. 



HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in Basketball and Track and Field... All-Conference in triple jump... sixth place at 2017 Section 8AA Track and Field Championships in triple jump...2017 Junior Olympian... student council... National Honor Society.

PERSONAL: Born 9/1/1999... son of Jon and Nikki Holm... aspires to become a hospital pharmacist...enjoys kayaking and listening to music.
