CAREER - Won or been part of a winning relay in nine different events as of May 6, 2019...has six individual titles in the long jump and three times won the 100 meters.
2018-19 - Indoor Track and Field - Placed second in the long jump at the Minnesota State Invitational with a jump of 5.31m (17’5.25’)… finished third in the long jump at the SDSU DII Invitational… recorded three top two finishes at the CSB-SJU Indoor Invite… finished second in the both the 60 and the 200 and recorded a personal best time of 25.84 in the 200… in the same meet finished first in the long jump with a jump of 5.36m (17’7”)… crowned the long jump champion at the Stinger Open with a jump of 5.57m (18’3.25’)… competed in the 60, 4x400 and the long jump at the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Conference Championships… came away with a personal best time of 7.73 seconds in the 60 at the conference meet and finished fourth, in the same meet finished second in the long jump with a distance of 5.65m (18’6.5”) and also ran a leg of the 4x400 that finished ninth...
Outdoor Track and Field - Took the long jump title at the Wildcat Classic with a jump of 5.44m (17’10.25”)… added another top three finish in the long jump at the South Dakota Challenge this time with a jump of 5.60m (18’4.5”)… captured two different titles at the Minnesota Women’s Twilight… won the 100 in a personal best time of 12.19 seconds and the long jump with a jump of 5.39m (17’8.25”)… won the 100 at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays in a time of 12.19 seconds… ran a leg of the 4x100 and 4x400 at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Conference Championships that placed 6
th and 11
th, respectively… also finished fourth in the long jump at the conference meet with a personal best jump of 5.73m (18’9.75”).
2017-18 - Indoor Track and Field - Recorded three top three finishes at the Dordt College Indoor Invitational in the 55, 200 and the long jump… ran a leg of the 4x400 at the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Conference Championships that finished 12
th and in the same meet finished sixth in the long jump with a jump of 5.47m (17’11.5”)...
Outdoor Track and Field - Finished second in the long jump at the Red Raider Open with a distance of 5.31m (17’5.25”)… placed third in the 100 at the Mount Marty Twilight with a time of 12.78 seconds and in the same meet captured the long jump title with a jump of 5.43m (17’9.75”)… competed in three events at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Conference Championships… placed 14
th in the 100 and fourth in the long jump and also ran a leg of the 4x400 that finished 12
th.
2019 - Won seven overall titles (as of May 6, 2019) with the 100 meters at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays and at the Minnesota Women’s Twilight, three long jump titles and on the 4x100 meter relay...won the 100 meters in 12.17 at Howard Wood Dakota Relay...top 100 meter time as 12.08 in finishing 12
th at the Kansas Relays...was part of a school record 4x100 meter relay team that was third at Howard Wood Relays by clocking a 47.07...has a personal best of 5.75 meters (18-10-5) in the long jump at the Kansas Relays on April 17-20 when she was sixth...has a PR of 25.84 in the 200 meters at the CSB-SJU Invite on Feb. 9, 2019. at the 2019 NSIC Indoor Championship was fourth in the 60-meters in 7.73 and second in the long jump at 5.65 meters (18-6.5)
2018 - finished fourth in the long jump as a freshman at the NSIC Outdoor Championship in 2018 by going 5.67 meters (18-7.25)...on Feb. 3, 2018 Peterson was also part of a DMR squad that won a title at the Ted Nelson Classic.
HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in Volleyball and Track and Field... State Champion in 2017 in Medley Relay... top four in state Volleyball in 2014... first team All-Conference in Track and Field 2014-2017... class valedictorian... National Honor Society.
