2020-21 (FRESHMAN): Earned one top-three finish in her first season at USF...placed 3rd in the 100Y Breaststroke (1:15.09) versus Northern State University

HIGH SCHOOL: Individual medley specialist and is strong in all strokes including backstroke...starred at Fossil Ridge High School...earned three varsity letters and was named to the Colorado High School Activities Association Academic All-State Team...earned the Swimming and Diving Sabercat Award in 2018...has PRs as follows 50 free: 26.56; 100 free: 57.77; 100 back: 1:02.26; 200 back: 2:15.97; 100 fly: 1:03.88; 100-breast: 1:11.01; and 200 IM: 2:15.01... member of the Fort Collins Area Swim Team...named to the National English Honor Society and worked on the Etched in Stone school newspaper.

PERSONAL: Daughter of William (Jay) Nelson and Jennifer Kovac...has four siblings including Bailey, CJ, Danny and Hadley.
