2021-22 (SOPHOMORE): During the 2022 NSIC Championships, 7th in the 200Y Medley Relay (1:46.93), 7th - 100Y IM (59.47), 8th - 400Y Medley Relay (3:55.77)... had 14 top 5 finishes with 2 being titles in the 100 Y IM with her personal best time of 1:01.15 at the USF vs Augustana vs St. Cloud meet
2020-21 (FRESHMAN): In her first season at USF, she placed in the top eight in seven different events during the 2021 NSIC Championships...earned one title and nine top-three season finishes in addition to her success at the NSIC Championships...results from the NSIC Championships: 2nd - 200Y Fly (2:07.41), 3rd - 400Y IM (4:33.94), 3rd - 400Y Medley Relay (3:51.79), 4th - 200Y IM (2:08.38), 5th - 200Y Breaststroke (2:25.55), 6th - 200 Y Medley Relay (1:47.83), 8th - 400Y Freestyle Relay (3:35.67)
HIGH SCHOOL: Three-sport standout from Honolulu, Hawaii...excelled in the in the individual medley, breast and free events at Kalani HS...also competed in water polo (wing), and track and field (shot put and discus)...earned first team Oahu Interscholastic all-conference honors in the 200 IM as a freshman and junior...was second team Oahu Interscholastic all-conference in the 200 free as a sophomore...earned the Falcon Trifecta for competing in three sports in one year as both a sophomore and junior...was named to the Principal's Honor Roll (4.0 student), National Honor Society and served as president for C.O.R.E. "Christ Our Real Example" Club...has swum for the Kamehameha Swim Club team.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Victoria C. Ruelas and Manuel Ruelas...has two brothers Samuel and Pablo.
