- Named to the NSIC Fall All-Academic Team of Excellence

2021(JUNIOR):
- Ran in 6 meets
- 5k best meet time was 19:59.2 at the SDSU Classic with a 27th place finish
- 6k best meet time was 25:07.8 at the Griak Invitational
2020(SOPHOMORE):Â Named to the Academic All-NSIC Team.

2019 (FRESHMAN):
- In her first year with the Coo, shined on the course and with 5K PR of 19:41.4 which gave her a 90th place finish at the Augustana Twilight in the season opener on Sept. 6, 2019
- Recorded her 6K PR at the NCAA Division II Central Region Cross Country Championships on Nov. 9 with a time of 24:43.7, finishing 149th
- Placed 83rd (25:18.3) across 6K at the NSIC Conference Championship on Oct. 26.
HIGH SCHOOL:
- Had personal-bests of 61.72 in the 400 meters, 2:26.7 in the 800 meters and 5:30.0 in the 1,600 meter run while at Moorhead HS.
