2013-14 (FRESHMAN): Indoor: Ran a season best time of 9:03.64 in the 3000m run at the MSU Open…also put together a time of 16:02.62 in the 5000m run which puts him 9th on the USF All-Time Charts…competed at the NSIC Championships in the Distance Medley Relay, helping the Cougars to a 5th place finish with their team time of 10:33.05…Outdoor: Redshirted
HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Custer...personal best of 4:26 in the 1600m run and 9:56 in the 3200m run...All-State in Cross Country…two-time Black Hills Conference Champion in cross country…two-time Region Champion…South Dakota Stat Track and Cross Country Coaches Association Academic All-State…2013 3200m “A” State Champion….also a member of the 2013 “A” State Championship team.
PERSONAL: Son of Corbin and Terri Herman...born September 9, 1994…plans to major in exercise science
