- Named to the NSIC All-Conference Team

- 8k best meet time was 24:25.7 at the Lewis Crossover with a 12th place finish
- 10k best meet time was 30:35.7 at the NCAA DII Central Region Cross Country Championships with a 39th  place finish 
- 4M best time was 19:45.5 at the Augustana Twilight Cross Country Meet with an 11th place finish
- Named to the NSIC Fall All-Academic Team of Excellence
- D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award Recipient

2021 Cross Country:
- Ran in 6 meets
- 8k best meet time was 25:57.0 at the NSIC 2021 Cross Country Championships with a 18th place finish
- 10k best meet time was 31:28.5 at the NCAA Division II Central Region Cross Country Championships with a 46th place finish
- 4M best meet time was 20:59.2 at the Augustana Twilight Cross Country Meet with a 51st place finish

2020 Cross Country: 
- No season due to COVID-19.

2019 Cross Country: 
- At the Augustana Twilight XC Meet, ran a 20:23.9 across four miles, finishing 57th
- Fastest 8K of the year came at the Roy Griak Invitational with a 27:03.8 for a 52nd place finish
- At the NSIC Championships, finished 75th with a time of 29:11.6 and part of a team that was third overall and later fifth at the NCAA DII regionals
- Named Academic All-NSIC and to the NSIC Academic Team of Excellence

2018 Cross Country:
- Placed 73^rd (PR of 26:52.1) at the NSIC Cross Country Championships and was part of a team that won the program's first NSIC cross country title
- Later part of the regional team that qualified for nationals with that squad earning the program's top mark of fifth in the team race

HIGH SCHOOL: 
- Three-time first team All-Big Rivers Conference selection
- 2017 WIAA D1 section 1 champion, and a two-time WIAA State Championship Qualifier
- Twice won the 1,600 meters at the Big Rivers Conference meet
- Was the 2018 WIAA D1 section 1 champion in the 1600 meters, and a three-time WIAA State Championship Qualifier
