-Recorded a personal best in the 8k with a time of 26:26.7 at the NSIC XC Championship, placing 90th

2023 (FRESHMAN):

-1500 best meet time was 4:44.75 at the USD Early Bird with a 94th place finish
-Finished 8th in the 4x400 at the Minnesota State Open
