2020-21: Named to the Academic All-NSIC Team

2019-20: Redshirted.

2018-19: Cross Country-  in second season with USF was highlighted by her 20th place finish at the NSIC Championships when she ran a collegiate 6K PR with a time of 22:09.3, the Cougars went onto finish 4th at the meet… her season and collegiate 5K PR came at the Mount Marty Invite when she ran a 18:54.3 for a 7th place finish… at the Roy Griak Invitational at the U of M she took 30th with a time of 23:25.8… Indoor Track and Field- Qualified for the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Championships in both the 1000 and DMR… she ran a 3:10.23 in the 1000 at the NSIC Conference Championships which was good for a 17th place finish… her DMR squad rolled in 5th with a time of 12:34.51… her collegiate 1000 PR came at the SDSU Last Chance Meet where she finished  1st, there she also took 1st in the 4x400… Outdoor Track and Field- Only competed at the South Dakota Challenge where she ran a leg in the 4x400 which tallied a time of 4:24.61 which was good for a 10th place finish… named to the NSIC All-Academic Team.

2017-18: Cross Country- In her freshman year with the Coo she finished 96th at the NSIC Cross Country Championships with a time of 25:01.4… her 5K PR came at the Augustana Twilight XC Meet when she ran a 21:13.6 for a 129th place finish… Indoor Track and Field- Qualified for the NSIC Conference Championships in the 800, there she finished 9th with a time of 2:25.68… she tallied a collegiate mile PR at the Dordt College Indoor Invitational when she ran a 5:51.27 for an 11th place finish… Outdoor Track and Field- Qualified for the NSIC Championships in the 800, there she finished 17th with a time of 2:20.57… her seasonally and collegiate PR in the 800 came at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays when she ran a 2:19.13 for a 13th place finish… had a collegiate PR in the 1500 when she ran a 5:02.79 at the Kip Janvrin Open.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended James Irwin Charter High School in Colorado Springs, Colo... tri-sport athlete for the Jaguars in cross Country, basketball, and track and field... second team All-State in cross country in 2013 and 2015... second team All-State in track and field in the 800-meter in 2015 and 2016... state runner-up in the 800-meter run in 2015... National Honor Society Vice President, student council Vice President, and maintained distinction on the Honor Roll.
