2013 (FRESHMAN): Opened the season by running a 19:08.73 at the Augustana Twilight which placed her 84th overall…ran a season best 6k time of 24:18.17 at the NSIC Championships placing 81st overall…placed 21st overall at the Briar Cliff Invite with her time of 19:26.34. Â
HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Lincoln Christian (Okla.)…personal best of 2:20 in the 800m run and 5:21 in the 1600m run...earned cross country honorable mention for her performance at the state meet her freshman, sophomore, and junior seasons...earned All-State honors her senior year for her 2nd place finish at the state meet.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Aileen & Bruce Matthews and Greg & Shellie Kunz…born March 21, 1995.
