2019-20: Cross Country - Her collegiate 5K PR came in 2019 with a clocking of 19:37.9 at the Augustana Twilight XC Meet for an 80th place finish… had 23:54.5 in 6K and finished 109th at the NCAA DII Central Region Cross Country Championships… at the NSIC Conference Championships, finished 58th with a 24:40.4… Indoor Track and Field- Primarily ran the mile in her sophomore year with a PR of 5:27.52 which came at the SDSU Last Chance Meet, she finished 12th… at the SDSU Indoor Classic she ran a 11:07.31 in the 3000 meter race which stands as her collegiate PR… Outdoor Track and Field- No season due to Covid-19… named to the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence and was a D2 ADA Academic Achievement Recipient. 


2018-19 - Cross Country - Set a personal best time of 20:00.4 for 5k at the Mount Marty Invite… finished 57^th at the NSIC Cross Country Championships with a new personal best time of 23:42.3 for 6k… competed at the NCAA Division II Central Region Cross Country Championships and placed 131^st... Indoor Track and Field - Set a new personal best in the mile at the SDSU Indoor Classic with a time of 5:40.37… competed in the 1k at the SDSU Last Chance and came away with a personal best time of 3:13.78... Outdoor Track and Field - Set a personal best in the 800 at the Sioux City Relays by running a time of 2:29.82… competed in the 1500 at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays and came away with a new PR of 4:54.81… competed in the 1500 and 5k at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships… placed 17^th in the 1500 with a time of 4:56.94 and placed 34^th in the 5k and also came away with a personal best time of 19:54.44.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Champlin Park High School... competed in cross country, Nordic skiing, and track and field... earned All-Conference honors in cross country and Nordic skiing... leader for FCA and was active in honors choir. 

PERSONAL: Daughter of Kelly and Steve Lindell... elementary education major.
