Clint Neumann serves as the Assistant Athletic Director for Internal Operations – Communications & Ticketing at the University of Sioux Falls. In this role, he oversees athletic communications and serves as the primary media contact for cross country, soccer, men’s and women’s basketball, men’s and women’s golf, baseball, and outdoor track & field. He also manages ticketing operations for all USF athletic events, leading strategic planning and implementation for season, single-game, and postseason ticket initiatives.
Neumann plays a central role in shaping the department’s digital and public-facing presence. His responsibilities include oversight of social media strategy, website content and development, marketing coordination, statistical reporting, historical record keeping, and game-day communications. He works closely with coaches, administrators, and campus partners to enhance fan engagement, strengthen brand visibility, and ensure accurate and timely coverage of Cougar Athletics.
Prior to transitioning into his administrative leadership role, Neumann volunteered as an assistant coach under the USF men’s basketball program. His professional background is rooted in collegiate basketball, where he spent four seasons (2018–2022) as the Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator for the women’s basketball program at Northern State University. During his tenure, he was heavily involved in recruiting, player development, scouting, and academic oversight. Before his time at Northern State, Neumann served as an assistant coach at Bemidji State University from 2015–2018, contributing to all aspects of the program’s operations and competitive preparation.
A graduate of the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities, Neumann earned his bachelor’s degree in Sport Management with a minor in Coaching. He later completed his master’s degree in Sport Management from Southern New Hampshire University, further strengthening his foundation in athletic administration and organizational leadership.
Clint is married to Carley Neumann, the Associate Head Coach of the USF women’s basketball program, and the two are proud to continue building their careers together in Cougar Athletics.
