2019-20: Cross Country- In his 2nd year with the Coo, first running XC he finished 55th at the NSIC Championships with a time of 27:58.5… at the NCAA DII Cross Country Championships he finished 262nd with a time of 36:09.8… his fastest 10K of the year came at the NCAA DII Central Region Cross Country Championships when he ran a 33:39.4 for a 112th place finish… his fastest 8K came at the Lewis Crossover in Chicago, IL when he ran a 27:17.3 for a 157th place finish… Indoor Track and Field- Qualified for the NSIC Track and Field Championships in the 5000, there he ran a 16:19.86 for a 22nd place finish… his fastest collegiate 5000 came at the SDSU DII Invitational when he ran a 16:19.69 for a 25th place finish… his fastest collegiate 3000 came at the Ted Nelson Classic when he ran a 9:23.28 for a 23rd place finish… Outdoor Track and Field- No season due to Covid-19… named to NSIC All-Academic Team

2018-19: Cross Country- DNR… Indoor Track and Field- Ran three 3000 meter races, his fastest coming at the Mark Schuck Multi & Open when he ran a 9:25.76 for an 11th place finish… his one 5000 meter race ended in a 40th place finish with a time of 16:20.29… Outdoor Track and Field- Qualified for the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 10000, there he ran a 33:26.78 for a 13th place finish… of his three 5000 meter races his fastest came at the Sioux City Relays when he ran a 16:28.38 for a 19th place finish
