Biography
High School
Aguirre attended Ankeny High School in Ankeny, Iowa, where he starred on the basketball court for the Hawks. A 6-foot-1 guard, he eclipsed the 1,000-point mark for his career and established himself as the school's all-time assists leader. Aguirre earned First Team All-State and Second Team All-State honors during his prep career and was a two-time unanimous First Team All-Conference selection. In the classroom, he was recognized as an Academic All-State honoree.
Personal
Aguirre plans to major in accounting at the University of Sioux Falls. He is the son of Salvador and Jennifer Aguirre and has three siblings: Alex, Lio and Ali.
