- Competed in golf and basketball
- Medalist at the South Dakota Class B Golf Tournament in 2019
- As a freshman, placed third in regions and was ninth among 77 at the South Dakota Class B Tourne
- Won the regional meet at Pierre by carding a round of 69 as a sophomore and then placed 23^rd among 77 golfers at the state tourney
- Junior year had a stellar season with his round of 74 winning the regional meet at Brookings
- Captured the State B Tourney title by carding a round of 74 in a field of 79 golfers as a junior
- Earned the Viking Award for exhibiting character on and off the golf course while competing at JVC High School
