2020-21 (SOPHOMORE): Attained one season title: 200Y Free Relay (1:41.14) vs Omaha ...At the 2021 NSIC Championships, competed in the 200Y Free, 100Y Breast (C-finalist), 100Y Free...Member of the Academic All-NSIC Team.

2019-20 (FRESHMAN): Against Nebraska-Omaha placed 5th in two events, the 100 Y Free with a time of 55.85 and the 100 Y Breast with a time of 1:09.84... at the 2020 NSIC Championships won the 100 Y Breast with a time of 1:10.53.

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in swimming for Owatonna HS Huskies...lettered every year since eighth grade...as a freshman, named honorable mention all-conference and was all-conference as a senior....received Double AA honors from the MSHSL and the Dog Fight and Husky Pride award from her coaches... swam for the Mantas Swim Club...set the following personal bests: 50 breaststroke, 31 (relay); 200 IM, 2:24; 100 breaststroke, 1:09...was involved in service including work as a religion education teacher, participating in a Youth Service Leadership class, and participating in AVID, a 20-hour community service learning project as well as being part of the Big Brother Big Sisters program at Owatonna HS.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Chad and Michelle Henderson...has two siblings - Breck and Brittan...Criminal Justice major.
