2013-14 (FRESHMAN): Indoor: competed in the Shot Put where her best mark on the year came at the MSU Open with a toss of 38-3.5 (11.67m)…also competed in the Weight Throw where she recorded a season best mark of 37-4.5 (11.39m)…Outdoor: season best mark in the Discus came at the Howard Wood Relays with her throw of 132-6 (40.39m)…also competed in the Javelin Throw where she recorded a mark of 97-6 (29.71m) at the NSIC Championships.
HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Beresford…personal best of 36’7” in the shot put and 135’8” in the discus.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Terry and Janis Ostrem….born August 23, 1994.
