HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at King’s Way Christian in Hazel Dell South, Wash. where he competed in track & field and basketball…In 2012 was the District 4 Triple Jump Champion and finished 4th in the Long Jump and 5th in the Triple Jump at the State Championships…In 2013 was the League Champion in Triple Jump and also was the District 4 Champion in Triple Jump and Long Jump…Qualified for the WIAA 1A State Championship in the triple jump, long jump and 4x100m relay…Won WIAA 1A state title in the triple jump…holds school records in the triple jump, long jump, 4x100 relay and 4x400m relay…personal best of 43-7.75 in the Triple Jump and 20-6 in the Long Jump

PERSONAL: Son of Deborah and Todd Nelson…born on April 6, 1995…plans on majoring in Sports Management at USF and hopes to become a high school athletic director.
