Kamberlyn Lamer enters her fifth season with the USF Track & Field team.
Kamberlyn Lamer completed her fourth season as jumps coach in 2026, helping guide the women to eighth and the men to 10th at the NSIC Indoor and Outdoor Championships. A former national champion, she helped all athletes achieve personal records, highlighted by All-Conference jumpers Lyndi Koosman and Peyton Hanson, alongside All-American multi-athlete Jonny Cheney. Lamer also backed the program's elite academic standard, which featured 31 NSIC Team of Excellence honors and Collin Dingsor’s NSIC Elite 18 Award.
Lamer joined the team as their jumps coach after competing as an athlete with the University of South Dakota and Dakota Wesleyan University.
Representative of her athletic career, she was a two-time NAIA National Champion in the Hepththlon and Pentathlon along with a top three finish in the triple jump at nationals, earning an All-American title. Lamer went on to become a Summit League Champion and MVP of the Summit League, earning Field Athlete of the year.
She graduated with a bachelor’s from DWU and a master’s in kinesiology and sport management from USD.
