CAREER -- Placed sixth in the 3000 meter steeplechase with a school record clocking of 9:18.36 at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships in May 2019...Member of USF's first-ever title winning NSIC team in cross country in fall of 2018...also part of team that finished third in the region, qualified for nationals for a second straight year and finished a program-best fifth at the DII Championships in fall of 2018.

2018-19 - Cross Country: 36^th at the NSIC Cross Country Championships on USF’s first-ever title-winning team… placed 71^st with a career-best 10K cross country clocking of 32:26.5 at the NCAA Division II Central Region Cross Country Championships as USF placed third… competed at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships where USF was a program-best fifth. Indoor Track and Field - Member of the 4x100 relay team that placed first at the SDSU Last Chance meet… in that same meet he placed third in the 1000…clocked his career best in the 1,000 meters (2:34.73, 10^th prelims) at the NSIC Championships…had his career best in the mile of 4:29.69 at the MSU Mankato Invite on Feb. 2, 2019…ran a career-best 3K of 9:08.17 in finishing sixth at the Mark Schuck Open and Multi on Jan. 26, 2019…on Feb. 9 at SDSU Indoor Classic (Brookings, S.D.), had a career-best 5,000-meters clocking of 15:41.02. Outdoor Track and Field - Placed sixth in the 3000 meter steeplechase with a school record clocking of 9:18.36 at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships…had a personal-best of 33:11.11 in the 10,000 meters on April 20, 2019 at the Red Raider Open in Orange City, Iowa.

2017-18 - Cross Country - Placed 45^th at the NSIC Cross Country Championships… crossed the line in 87^th place at the NCAA Division II Central Region Cross Country Championships… competed at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships. Indoor Track and Field  - Won the 1000 meter title at the SDSU Last Chance Indoor meet…had his career-best clocking in 800-meters of 2:02.70. Outdoor Track and Field -- Placed 9^th in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships… had a career-best 1,500 meters (4:03.02, 23^rd, prelims) at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays on May 5, 2018
 
2016-17 - Cross Country  - Placed 70^th at the NSIC Cross Country Championships in the fall. Indoor Track and Field - Part of the DMR team that placed second at the Minnesota State – Multi and Open Indoor Meet in Mankato, Minn.
