2013-14 (FRESHMAN): Season best time of 7.35 in the 60m dash came at the MSU Open…also competed in the 200m dash at the NSIC Championships where he finished with a time of 24.10...Outdoor: ran a season best time of 11.20 at the Howard Wood Relays in the 100m dash…also ran a 22.73 in the 200m dash at the Howard Wood Relays…was a regular on the 4x100m Relay, helping the team post a time of 42.12 at the Drake Alternative Meet.
HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Watertown (S.D.)…Participated in track & field and football…three-time letter winner in track and field…ESD Conference Champion in the Medley Relay…competed in the South Dakota State meet in 10th and 11th grade…PERSONAL best of 11.1 in the 100m Dash.
PERSONAL: Son of Rockell Arnold and Darien Helgelien…born June 23, 1994…has one younger brother…Dion intends to major in Physical Therapy…honor roll student each year of high school.
